Company History
The beginning of the history of the B3 Group, consisting of companies, dates back to 1999. The following organizations operate within the B3 Group:

Drawing from the wealth of experience gained in construction projects across Western Siberia, the group subsequently established multiple construction units, overseeing operations in Khanty Mansiysk, Naryan-Mar, Samara, Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk, Ukhta, Usinsk, Minsk (Republic of Belarus), and Kolomna.
We operate our own state-of-the-art factory located in Kolomna, Moscow Region, where we employ cutting-edge Italian technology (Cassini) to produce a wide range of terrazzo tiles and precast products made from decorative concrete. With a production capacity exceeding 100,000 square meters per year, our facility is equipped with a specialized LSTC (light steel thin-walled construction) production line capable of constructing low-rise and individual housing projects from initial design to turnkey delivery. This innovative technology, combined with our efficient “wet processes” in construction, significantly extends the construction season in Northern regions and greatly reduces construction timelines. Our production operations are carried out utilizing high-quality equipment from “Howick” (UK–New Zealand), ensuring the utmost precision and efficiency.
Presently, B3 Group’s companies serve as general contractors, undertaking various construction projects in Turkey, France, Germany, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, North Africa, Libya and the USA.
